Is my car safe with you?
Yes. We take security seriously and implement surveillance and operational controls to protect all vehicles on our premises.
In the unlikely event of an incident caused by our staff or a failure in our duty of care, we will take full responsibility in accordance with applicable law, including Ley 40/2002.
Do you have insurance?
Yes.
Your vehicle must have valid compulsory insurance as required by Real Decreto Legislativo 8/2004.
We also carry liability insurance covering incidents within our facilities.
Vehicle Handling
Will my car be moved?
Yes. Your vehicle may be moved within our secure parking facility or between controlled locations for operational reasons.
All movements are carried out by trained staff.
Do you drive my car on public roads?
Only if you book a valet transfer service.
In that case:
Your vehicle is covered by its own insurance while on public roads.
We assume responsibility if our driver is proven at fault in an accident.
Damage & Responsibility
What happens if my car is damaged?
If damage is clearly caused by our staff and supported by evidence, we will take responsibility and arrange repair or compensation.
We always rely on:

What kind of damage are you NOT responsible for?
We are not responsible for:
- Mechanical or electrical failures
- Battery issues due to pre-existing condition
- Tyre punctures or wear

Do I need to check my car when I pick it up?

You must inspect your vehicle before leaving.
What if I notice damage after leaving?
Claims for visible damage must be reported before leaving the collection point.
However, your statutory rights remain protected under applicable law.

Can you refuse my vehicle?

What if my car is not insured?
